Crafting Cultures of High Performance and Engagement

Compliance + coaching + corporate fitness for small teams that want to thrive

Get to Know Us

At For You + Your People, we believe that businesses do better when people feel cared for- inside and out.

We combine the structure of HR compliance with the heart of wellness support, helping small and growing companies build healthy, sustainable workplaces.

From handbooks and policies to coaching and well-being programs, we take a holistic approach to people operations. That means compliance isn’t just about checking boxes-it’s about creating clarity, consistency, and care across your team.

We started For You + Your People to bridge the gap between HR and humanity- to help leaders feel confident in their systems and employees feel supported in their work and well-being.

Because the best workplaces don’t just run smoothly- they feel good, too.

Employee & manager coaching; Support your people beyond performance.

Through one-on-one coaching and group sessions, I help employees and managers strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and overall well-being. Hi, I’m Shaylee Ahlborn, a People Operations and Wellness consultant passionate about helping individuals and teams thrive. I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses of all kinds - from tech startups and industrial companies to mom-and-pop shops, salons, and large corporations - helping each build stronger, healthier, and more human workplaces.

I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Cleveland State University and am certified in Human Resources, Personal Training, Diversity, and Leadership. My work blends strategic HR consulting with wellness and emotional intelligence coaching, bringing balance to both organizational systems and the people within them.

Whether I’m designing HR frameworks for a growing startup, coaching managers through tough conversations, or leading wellness programs that reconnect people to purpose, my goal is simple: to help people and workplaces work better -  and feel better.

Outside of consulting, you’ll find me leading group fitness classes, exploring behavioral science, and creating resources that make “well-being at work” more than a buzzword - but a way of life.
